Users

The Management Console in K2 Workspace is superseded by the K2 Management Site and you should use the K2 Management Site to administer your K2 environment, rather than Management Console in K2 Workspace. (In certain cases you may need to use the Management Console in K2 Workspace to perform tasks that are not exposed in the K2 Management Site.)

The Users node allows a administrator to manage user specific tasks such as Process Rights, Working Hours Access, Action Rights and Out of Office.

Task Description
Process Rights (Users) Sets user permissions for specified processes.
Working Hours Access Assigns users to configured Working Hours Zones.
Action Rights Sets user permissions for Client Event Actions.
Out of Office Manage Out of Office status and settings on behalf of users.
