Organization is not licensed

Issue

When trying to access Nintex DocGen you receive the following error:

Your organization is not licensed. Please have your administrator contact support for assistance

Cause

You will receive this error for one of the following reasons:

• License is expired

• License is invalid for the feature you are trying to access

• You have not yet received a license for Nintex DocGen

Resolution

Contact the support at the Nintex Help Central site for a resolution to this issue.
