Store attachments on Salesforce Files

You can set an organization-wide setting so that Nintex Drawloop DocGen® for Salesforce stores attachments on Salesforce Files, instead of to the Notes and Attachments related list. You enable the Salesforce Files attachment setting, and then add the Store As Delivery Option to a DocGen Package and configure the delivery option to use the Attachment storage type.

Tip: This setting is for the app, but you can also set Salesforce to store attachments to Files, instead of on records. The Salesforce Files setting is not required for the app to use this setting. For more information on the Salesforce Files feature, see Files Overview.

Store attachments on Salesforce Files

If you enable Salesforce Files for Attachment Settings, the app stores all your Store As Delivery Options with the Attachment storage type to Files.

To enable attachment storage to Salesforce Files

Tip: You can also select this from Lightning with the App Launcher.
