Component Library

Use Component Library to manage the text you send to customers in business documents. Components are rich text excerpts from your business documents. You can assemble components into groups to create documents. If you want to change the text in a component, you can edit the component from the Component Library and all the documents that use that component will get the updated text the next time you generate a document. You can filter components based on the data in your organization. For example, you can assemble a contract for customers from one state different from a customer in another state.
