Review and Send Document
Once you have finished configuring envelope properties, additional recipients, and addendums, all that is left is to review your setup and click the Send button.
Use the following steps to send out an envelope to be signed:
-
Click the Review and Send button.
-
On the new pop-up window, enter in the information that is required for this Envelope. By default the required sections are filled out for you. However, you can set several optional settings for the envelope that affect the signer:
-
Envelope Order Number - An identification number that is set to make it easier to search for this envelope.
-
Language - Allows you to set the language for the current page. The current options available are English, French, or Spanish.
-
Security - Allows you to set a password that signer must enter before being able to download the document.
-
Redirect URL - Allows you to enter in a full URL that will redirect the signer when they no longer have any more documents to sign in the envelope. A redirect URL is set by default, and does not need to be entered unless you have a custom one set up.
-
Additional Terms and Conditions - Allows you set additional terms and conditions that come after any default or system terms and conditions.
-
-
Once complete, click the Send button.
Once your submission has been processed you will have the opportunity to:
-
View Envelope Details - view the envelope report.
-
Send Another Envelope - clear the workspace and begin the setup process for a new envelope.
-
Sign In-Person - If enabled for your account, gives you the option to go directly to the signing experience without need of the link that was sent via email or SMS.
-
Save As Template - Save the envelope you sent out as a template so it can be used again.
-
Go Home - Returns you to the main Nintex eSign homepage.
