Document Search
This report displays documents based on the various search criteria set. By default this report is based on a specified date range. To find a specific document it is recommended to use the Advanced Search options as listed below.
Advanced Search
The Advanced Search for the Document Search contains the following search criteria:

Creation Date
-
Document Id
-
Order Number
-
Document Name
-
Signatory Name
-
Account(s)
-
User Name
-
Status
-
Start Date
-
Completion Date
-
Scheduled Expiration Date
-
Classic Document Template
-
ConnectedPDF Id
Save Search
After filters and search criteria have been, you have the option of saving these search parameters for future use. It is recommended to save a specific filter that is used on a regular basis. By saving the search criteria you will be able to perform that search by clicking on the saved filter under the Saved Searches section.
Not all reports can be saved for future searches. Save Search functionality is only available in Document Search.
Use the following steps to save a search:

Select the report to run in the available report options.

Click the Advanced View option to display the advanced search options.

Set the desired criteria.

In the field next to the Save hyperlink, type in a name for the search.

Once finished, click the Save hyperlink.

This search now displays under the Saved Searches section.
