My Accounts

The My Accounts section displays a list of all of the organization sites you have access to. This section of the user guide provides an overview of this screen and why you would have multiple organizations set up for a user.

Organizations

When you open the My Accounts screen, a list of all of the organizations that you can access displays.

Each item in the list displays the name of the root, the URL to access the root, and the Take Me There button to switch over to that root. Typically the organizations that appear in this list have already been set up by an administrator.

These roots are set up in the Settings (Admin) screen.

Why should we have multiple organizations?

While having multiple organizations set up is largely dependent on your organization, it is recommended that different roots be created.

Different organizations can be set up for:

  • Sandbox for testing and template creation.

  • Different regions that have access to different accounts based on the territory.

    • For example, a root may be labeled as EU1 to designate the European organization.
