Home Screen

The Home screen acts as a dashboard that displays commonly used features in Nintex eSign, as well as provides information related to the activity of the currently logged in account. The Home screen acts a central hub that you see every time you log into Nintex eSign.

There are several sections to the Home screen, each with different options that relate to your account, and shortcuts to commonly used features:

Shortcuts to Commonly Used Features

In the What would you like to do? section of the Home screen, you can select the most commonly used features for quicker access.

The following options are available:

My Important Activity

This section displays activity requiring immediate attention:

  • Documents expiring in the next 24 hours - Documents that need to are set to expire within 24 hours of the current date unless signed.

  • Documents requiring your signature - Documents that require the signature of the user currently logged in.

Both options display the number of documents requiring attention, and hyperlinks to those documents. Clicking on one of the hyperlinks displays the Document Search screen, and any document meeting the search criteria.

For example, clicking the Documents expiring in the next 24 hours hyperlink displays a Document Search window for all documents set to expire in the next 24 hours.

My Activity

The Today and Last 31 Days section shows the following information:

  • Documents started - Displays the number of new documents created.

  • Documents completed - Displays the number of documents marked as completed status.

  • Documents declined - Displays the number of documents marked as declined status.

  • Documents cancelled - Displays the number of documents marked as cancelled status.

  • Documents expired - Displays the number of documents that have expired.

Feature Access Menu

Clicking the top-right hamburger icon displays a list of all of the features that can be accessed in Nintex eSign. This can be considered as the main menu that is used to navigate around the application.

Sign out of Nintex eSign

In some cases it may be necessary to sign out of Nintex eSign. Whether this is because you are using a device you do not typically use, or you have been requested to reset your password by an admin, you can sign out of Nintex eSign through the Feature Access Menu.

  • In the Feature Access Menu, click the Sign Out option.

    If you have reset your password, you will be signed out of all of your devices and have to log in again with the new credentials, even if you did not sign out using the Sign Out option.
