Search for an Account

After an account, or sub-account, has been created, they can now be searched for using the Search feature.

Use the following steps to search for an existing account:

  1. Select the Search feature to find an account in your account tree.

  2. Enter part of a name of an account or a parent account to find matching records.

  3. A parent account filter searches for all accounts in the current tree that has a parent matching the text entered.

  4. After the results display you can edit, disable, or enable accounts from the returned results.
