Create a New Sub-Account
When an administrative user first logs into Nintex eSign, they are immediately taken to the parent account that has been set up for the company. Once logged in you have the ability to create new sub-accounts under the parent account you are currently logged into.

Click on New and enter the sub-account name.

If necessary, assign an Account Group (created in Account Groups).

To populate the account settings from a template, select an account template beneath Automatically copy account settings from an account template? option.
If the above option is not available that means that a new template has not been created for the account, and the above option cannot be used until you have created a template.

Configure an administrator user account, which will be the first active user within the account.

Click the Save button to save the account.

When the setting for floating users is enabled on your account, then when you create a new sub-account, you can set an existing user to be the administrator. You can select yourself or another floating user. Only users who have the user configuration Allow access to different accounts are presented. If no users have that right, then you must create a new user as the administrator of the new account.
Once an account administrator has been created, that user can begin editing and setting up information related to the account. They also have access to modifying sub-acount settings.
Use the following steps to modify a sub-account:

Click Configure to modify the account settings.

The settings opens in a new window. The settings view is similar to the account settings, however may appear different depending on the settings inherited from the parent account.

From this settings screen you can modify any of the available settings for that sub-account.
