Set the open mode for task forms
You can set the open mode for task forms that are emailed by task actions.
Task forms can be configured to open in either edit mode or view mode when users click the task form URLs in the email messages. This open mode setting is available during configuration of the task actions (Assign a task and Start a task process).
Set the open mode
- Open the configuration of the Assign a task or Start a task process action.
- Select the required mode in the Open task form in the selected mode field.
