Troubleshooting

This content cannot be displayed in a frame.

This message may appear in Internet Explorer when a form is expected. For example, if the upload function in a SharePoint library is configured to display a Nintex form, selecting that function displays the above error message instead.

This can happen if Internet Explorer does not trust the external domain used to display the form (Nintex.com).

To solve this issue, add Nintex.com to trusted sites. For instructions, see the Microsoft article Security zones: adding or removing websites.

Nintex Forms uses cookies, but your browser is preventing it from setting cookies.

To use Nintex Forms, you must enable cookies. See your browser's internet options for more details.

Safari users: If you want to use a Nintex form in a modal (interactive) dialog box, you'll need to enable the cross-site tracking option. See your internet options for more details.
