Enabling Mobile Task Forms

You can enable mobile tasks in the forms designer, so that any new tasks for published workflows appear in the Nintex Mobile app for task participants to access and respond to.

Note: Ensure that task participants have the latest version of the Nintex Mobile app installed before Nintex Forms tasks are sent from workflow actions.

Enable Mobile Tasks in a Classic form

1. Open the Classic Forms designer.
2. In the Forms designer ribbon, click Properties.

3. In the Layout section of the Properties pane, click Add More Layouts. The available layouts are displayed.
4. Select Nintex Mobile Phone or Nintex Mobile Tablet. The layout for the selected option is generated.
5. Click Save and close the designer.

Enable Mobile Tasks in a Responsive form

1. Open the Responsive Forms designer.
2. In the Forms designer ribbon, click Form Settings.

3. Click Nintex Mobile Settings to expand this section.
4. Select the Publish to Nintex Mobile (iOS and Android) checkbox.
5. Click Save and close the designer.
