Migrate workflows to a local data center

Nintex now has a number of regional data centers available for Nintex for Office 365. Migrating your Nintex tenant to be closer to your local region is likely to reduce latency and improve performance. For information about the latest availability of data centers, contact your Nintex account or territory manager.

Before you contact Nintex, we recommend you gather the following information:

1. Where is your SharePoint Online tenancy located?

   The benefits of migrating your Nintex for Office 365 tenancy will accrue only if your SharePoint Online tenancy is also located in your local region.

2. What Nintex app versions are installed?

   For migration, ensure that you update your apps to the following versions:

   • Nintex Workflow for Office 365, version 1.0.4.0 (or later)

   • Nintex Forms for Office 365, version 1.2.3.0 (or later)

   • Nintex Mobile, version 3.9 (or later)

Note: If you have earlier versions, please upgrade to the latest version across all of your sites. For help migrating to a local data center, please contact your Nintex account or territory manager to schedule a migration date.
