Installing and using Visual Studio samples

The Nintex Workflow 2013 SDK provides the following Visual Studio samples:

• CustomInlineFunctions sample

• CustomWorkflowContextProps sample

• DeployWorkflowActionWithFeature sample

• DeployWorkflowWithFeature sample

• ExecuteSqlScalar sample

• ExecuteSqlScalarWithDeploy sample

The Visual Studio samples can be used with Visual Studio 2012 and later versions.

Installing the Visual Studio samples

The Visual Studio samples are provided in a compressed folder (.zip) file, available from Nintex.

To install the Visual Studio samples

1. Click and download the compressed folder (.zip) file to a local folder.

2. Expand the contents of the compressed folder from the local folder to the Projects folder for Visual Studio. The following path specifies the default location of the Projects folder for Visual Studio 2012:

   %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Visual Studio 2012\Projects

Once installed, a new folder for each sample is added which contain the files and folder structures used by the corresponding samples.
