Unable to install

You may not be able to install Nintex RPA LE due to one of the following reasons:

  • No permission to install software
  • Anti virus application preventing installation

Check permissions

  1. For Windows 10, in the Start Search Box and type in cmd or Command Prompt to search for Command Prompt.
  2. Right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. The Command Prompt window is displayed.

    If you can't type in commands or if a message is displayed informing that you do not have rights to run the command prompt, then you do not have full admin rights to the machine. Contact your IT department for further assistance.

Anti virus application preventing installation

You may have anti virus applications that block certain types of scripts or installations. Contact your IT department for further assistance on any antivirus applications installed and/or help on turning off any antivirus and rebooting the server to install Nintex RPA Central or Nintex Bot.
