Audit logs
Administrator role required.
Retain and download audit logs anytime you desire. This topic explains audit log options, data, and events.
Retain audit logs
- On the top navigation bar, click Settings.
- Click Audit logs in the side navigation menu.
- Next to Audit log retention, click
> Edit. - Record the number of days to retain the audit logs. The default is 120 days.
Download audit logs
- On the top navigation bar, click Settings.
- Click Audit logs in the side navigation menu.
- Click Download to export your retained audit log history to a CSV file.

*The event can have the following types:

Information. This event is initiated by a user interaction or is scheduled.

Configuration. This administrative event effects operations.

Error. A Nintex Bot failure caused this event to break the instance or stop the Nintex Bot.

Alert. This even happened automatically, was not initiated by a user, and may need attention.

Warning. Functionality, such as a user login, failed.

Unknown. This type was unexpected.
