Import

Use the Import feature to import a Nintex Bot file or a botflow from the repository into an open botflow. The Import button is located at the bottom of the Add Items view.

You can import the following items:

  • File: Files having a .rpa or .fox extension and are saved in a selected local or network directory location.
  • Repository: Botflows saved in the Nintex RPA Central database repository.
Note:
  • Only Administrators and Designers can import botflows. You must have permission to a botflow from which you want to import.

  • You cannot save an imported botflow using the same name as an existing botflow; you will need to name it something different or add an incremental value as a version (i.e., BotflowName 1, BotflowName 2, etc.). If you need additional help importing and naming botflows, contact support@nintex.com.
