Group Tags
Grouping nodes together in the process map can simplify your map or help you create sub-processes. This can be easily done from the Unified Graph in the Process Library.
To create group tags:
-
Select the Process Library from the left navigation menu of the Nintex Process Discovery Console.
-
Choose a process.
-
Click on the toggle to select the Unified Graph.
-
Select a node from the process map.
-
In the Actions pane on the right side, under Tags, type G_ followed by a group name of your choice.
-
Select more nodes that you want to add to this group and repeat the process from step 2.
-
Click on Map Options from the Map filter.
-
Click the toggle to select Groups mode.
When there is a group of nodes, all tagged nodes cluster together to form a single group node.
Depending on the amount of entries within the node, the arrow thickness and color of the node changes.
