Designer

The Designer page displays the designer canvas, toolbar, and actions toolbox. You can use the Designer page to create new workflows or view and edit existing workflows.

Open the Designer for a list workflow

1. On a SharePoint List or Document Library page, click Nintex Workflow on the top ribbon. The Workflow Gallery page is displayed and list workflows created for the current list or document library are listed.
2. Do one of the following to open the Designer page:
• New workflow: Click Create List Workflow. The Designer page opens.
• Existing workflow: Select the workflow you want from the workflow list.

Open the Designer for a site workflow

1. On a SharePoint Site Contents page, click the Nintex Workflow for Office 365 app. The Workflow Gallery page is displayed and site workflows created for the current site are listed.
2. Do one of the following to open the Designer page:
• New workflow: Click Create Site Workflow. The Designer page opens.
• Existing workflow: Select the workflow you want from the workflow list.
