Cannot respond to task

If you are not allowed to respond to a task email an email is received indicating that you cannot respond to the task because the task is not assigned to you.

Possible cause

• You are a CC or BCC recipient in the task email. Recipients that are CC'd and BCC'd to task emails will not be allowed to action or respond to the task.

Resolution

No action is needed.
