New navigation updates
We’ve updated the Nintex Workflow navigation to improve usability, streamline access to key features, and give the user interface a modern feel.

Improved accessibility: All key features are now are grouped logically and accessible from a single left menu, making navigation simpler and more intuitive.

Better organization: The new menu structure groups related automation features more logically, reducing clicks and helping you find what you need faster.
What's new in the navigation

Top navigation removed: All main navigation items now appear in a single left menu, making it easier to access everything from one place.

New Workflows menu: The features previously under Automate in the old navigation are now grouped in the Workflows section on the left menu.
Old vs New navigation: key changes

Workflows |
Everything under the previous Automate menu is now under Workflows in the left menu. Under Workflows you can access: All workflows (default landing page), Instances, Tasks, Connections, Data lookups, Xtensions, Form plugins, and Events. |
Settings | Moved from the top navigation to the left menu. |
User profile | Moved from the top right of the screen to the bottom of the left menu. This is where you'll find the toggle to switch back to the old navigation if required. |
Switch between old and new navigation
To make the transition easier, you'll have the option to switch back to the old navigation for a limited time.
Switch to the Old Navigation

next to your user profile name.

Turn off the New navigation toggle.
