Recommendations for unsupported actions

When you upgrade a workflow from Nintex for Office 365, your workflow may have actions that are not supported in Nintex Workflow. These are replaced with a placeholder action in the upgrade workflow to ensure the workflow design is retained. To replace these actions in your workflow, try one of the following recommendation:

  1. Check if the action is available in the Recommended actions table below and use one of the suggested actions in Nintex Workflow.

  2. Replicate the action using a custom connector built on the Xtensions framework. For more information about the Xtensions framework, see the Nintex Xtensions help documentation.

  3. Browse the Solution Accelerator Gallery for templates you can use to build a connector.

  4. Submit a request to make the action available in Nintex Workflow via User voice. User voice is a platform that you can use to submit feedback and requests for all Nintex products.

DocuSign - Store signed documents

Note: The DocuSign - Get signature action can also store the signed document as an output.

When sending a document for signature, the following actions are used in combination to sign and then retrieve the envelope status:

  • DocuSign populate template

  • DocuSign retrieve envelope status

  • DocuSign send document

  • DocuSign send envelope

 

 All of this can be replaced by the following action in Nintex Workflow
