View actions in use

The Actions in use panel provides a list view of all actions and the unconfigured actions in the workflow. This provides an easy way to navigate through very large workflows that has many actions. You can also search within the list, to narrow the list to a specific connector or action name, including custom action names.

When a workflow instance fails, you can quickly locate the action responsible using the Actions in use panel. Search for the name of the action and click the action in the list, to navigate to the location of the action in the workflow design and open the configuration panel.
