Nintex - Scheduled start
Use the start event The connector and event for triggering the workflow to run, including required configuration. An example is Box - New file, which triggers the workflow to run when a new file is uploaded to the specified folder.Nintex - Scheduled start to run your workflow at a specific time. You can specify the timezone and set the workflow to run on a regular basis.
Select the Nintex - Scheduled start event
In the Designer page:
- Open the Start event configuration panel: At the top of the designer canvas on the Designer page, click Start event.
- For Start from, select Scheduled start.

Configure the start event
- Type or select a date and time in Start date.
- Select a value for Timezone.
- For the Recur every option, select one of the following:
- Run once: the workflow runs a single time on the Start date.
- Recur every: the workflow runs repeatedly as often as defined in the following fields.
- Type a value.
- Select Hour[s), Day(s), Week(s), Month(s), or Year(s).
Note: All date/time values are based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) time and the scheduled time will not automatically adjust for daylight saving time. The Workflow will always run based on UTC. Nintex recommends updating the time twice a year as required to account for daylight savings.

Type the number of time units to pause before running a repeating workflow again. For example, a workflow that runs daily will have a Value of 1 and a Time unit of Day(s). |

Select the unit of time to use when running a repeating workflow. For example, a workflow that runs fortnightly will have a Value of 2 and a Time unit of Week(s). |
