TinyJPG

TinyJPG is a port of a network tinyfi services that allows you to optimize your JPEG images. Use TinyJPG to shrink images for your apps and sites. They will use less bandwidth and load faster.

Use the Compress a JPG image action to return a compressed JPEG file to your workflow. This is useful if you want to make a website or email faster to load and use images with the best compression (in bytes).
Create a TinyJPG connection
You can create connections from the Automate or Designer page.

- You must register on Developer API to get your API key to create a connection.

- On the top navigation bar, click Automate, and then select Connections from the left navigation.
- On the Connections page, click Add new.

In the Add new section, fill in the field as follows.

Connection name A name for your new connection. Username The value for this field is "api". If you don't use "api" your connection will fail. API key An auto-generated key for a TinyJPG user. For information about creating a key, see Developer API. - Click Connect.

Follow the prompts to enter credentials and grant access to Nintex Automation Cloud.
- In the permissions dialog, you can do one of the following:
- Edit the Owners or Users permissions according to data source usage requirements and click Save permissions.
Tip: You can assign connection owners or users permissions according to your access requirements. For more information, see Assign permissions.

- Click Done.
The new connection is listed in the Connections page.

Access the Designer page
- On the top navigation bar, click Automate > Workflows, and then select the required workflow.
(Or)
- On the top navigation bar, click Automate > Create workflow.
- Click the action you want to add the connection to.

In the drop-down list for Connection, select Add new connection.

In the Connection window, fill in the field as follows.

Assign permissions
Permissions enable you to manage access for other users to use, edit, and delete connections.
Note: By default, users with administrator role will have the same rights as a Connection owner.

Follow these steps to assign permissions from the Connections page:
- On the Connections page, click
for the required connection.
- From the menu, select Permissions.
- To assign permissions:
- In the Owners field, type the name of the user, and select from the list.
- In the Users field, type the name of the user, and select from the list.
- Click Save permissions.
