OANDA

OANDA is a RESTful API, which provides access to OANDA’s daily and real-time exchange rate data. This connector uses Version 2 of the API.

In the context of Nintex Automation Cloud, OANDA is a connector A software component that allows seamless integration with third-party services, business applications, and content stores. Examples include Salesforce, Box, and Microsoft SharePoint. Connectors are used to create connections required for workflow actions and start events. and is used to create connections for OANDA actions A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. Actions are the steps the workflow performs to complete a process.. Use the OANDA action to get the exchange rate between two currencies. This connector uses Version 2 of the OANDA Exchange Rates API.

Create a OANDA connection

Note: Your browser-stored credentials are accessed to create connections. Either clear credentials from browser memory or make sure the stored credentials are for the intended environment.

Create a connection from the connections page or from the action configuration panel when configuring the action. For information about creating connections and assigning permissions, see Manage connections.

OANDA account requirements

  • The account you use to create a connection for OANDA is the account that has access to the OANDA actions.
  • You need an OANDA API Key. Go to OANDA Getting Started to sign up and get your API key.
