Zendesk - Get user details
The Zendesk - Get user details action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. retrieves information about a user such as name, email, active status, role, and time zone.
For example, you want to email the details of a specific agent whom you know handles a certain support ticket. By using variables, you can store the values and insert in the email.

Configure the Zendesk - Get user details action

Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add, rename, and copy actions.
- Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
- In User ID, enter the ID of the Zendesk user.
- Depending on which detail about the user you want to retrieve, select a variable for the following fields:
- Name
- Active
- Role
- Time zone
