Free trials FAQ
This topic contains FAQs for free trials offered to existing customers, also known as Usage Based Trials (UBT). These trials enable trial capabilities within customers’ existing tenants. The in-product free trial gives your organization the opportunity to explore the full capabilities of Nintex CE Platform within your existing customer tenant. Instead of creating a separate trial environment, the trial lets your team evaluate using your existing data, users, and tenant configuration. The trial is activated at the tenant level, rather than for an individual user. A designated Designer and user with the required roles can activate the trial. Once activated, the trial is available across the customer tenant.
It is a way for eligible existing customers to evaluate additional Nintex CE Platform capabilities directly in their existing tenant, reducing the need to use a disconnected trial tenant and enabling evaluation in real business context.
