LDAP User Manager Preparation

To use the LDAP user manager, make sure to include user entries for the K2 service account and the installer account (if not installing with the Nintex K2 service account). Select either Active Directory or SQL as your user manager when installing the product, and then after installation configure LDAP as your user manager.
