Smartforms Authentication

Smartforms authentication can be configured to use one of the standard Smartforms authentication methods or a single or multiple authentication provider. The various authentication configuration options are detailed below.

Configure Description
Standard SmartForms Authentication SmartForms makes use of the security mechanisms namely, Windows Authentication or Forms Authentication.
Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) Configure your K2 site to use ADFS as the authentication provider.
Multi-Authentication providers Configure your single K2 site to use multiple authentication providers.
Anonymous Sites If public users, who don't belong to a company's Active Directory or other Identity Stores, are required to open SmartForms, Anonymous Access rights can be assigned to these people.

Anonymous Views or Forms

You can mark specific Views or Forms to be available anonymously. For example, you may wish to expose a View/Form to public users who do not have user accounts in your organization's Identity Store. Enabling Anonymous Access on a View/Form would allow these external users to access that specific View/Form without having to provide credentials.
