Action

Workflow actions on the designer canvas exhibit the following appearance and behavior:

• Label: Ability to edit the text displayed above, below, and to the sides of the action icon.

  For instructions, see Set action labels.

• Unconfigured icon (): Indication that the action requires configuration before the workflow can be published or used.

• Context menu: Ability to configure, copy, paste, and delete actions.

  For more information, see Action context menus.

• Child action area: Space for children action. Applies to actions that are parent actions by their nature. For example, Assign Flexi task is a parent action that requires one or more children actions.
