Manage workflow reports

This topic describes how to enable and disable workflow reports as well as add, edit, run, and delete workflow reports.

To view workflow reports

  • Access the Workflow reports page: On the Central Administration Home page, click Nintex Administration and then click Workflow reports under Inventory and reporting.

To run a workflow report

  1. Access the View workflow reports page by doing one of the following.

    • From Central Administration: On the Central Administration Home page, click Nintex Administration and then click View workflow reports under Inventory and reporting.
    • From a site: Click the settings icon () on the upper right, select Site settings to display the Site Settings page, and then click View workflow reports under Nintex Workflow.

  2. Select the report from the drop-down list and then click Show Report ().

    The selected report is run and the data is listed.

  3. (Optional.) Modify filter values and then click Modify Filter ().

    The selected report is rerun with modified filter values and the data is listed.

To enable or disable workflow reports

  1. Access the Workflow reports page: On the Central Administration Home page, click Nintex Administration and then click Workflow reports under Inventory and reporting.
  2. For a single report, under the Enabled column, do one of the following.
    • To enable the report, select the check box.
    • To disable the report, clear the check box.
  3. For all listed reports, in the heading row for the Enabled column, do one of the following.
    • To enable all reports, select the check box.
    • To disable all reports, clear the check box.

To add a workflow report

  1. On the Central Administration Home page, click Nintex Administration and then click Workflow reports under Inventory and reporting.
  2. Click Add a new report to display the Add Workflow Report page.

  3. Fill in the fields and then click OK to save changes and close the Add Workflow Report page.

To edit a workflow report

  1. Access the Workflow reports page: On the Central Administration Home page, click Nintex Administration and then click Workflow reports under Inventory and reporting.

  2. Click the title of the desired report to display the Edit Workflow Report page.

  3. Update fields as needed and then click OK to save changes and close the Add Workflow Report page.

To delete a workflow report

  1. Access the Workflow reports page: On the Central Administration Home page, click Nintex Administration and then click Workflow reports under Inventory and reporting.

  2. Click the title of the desired report to display the Edit Workflow Report page.

  3. Click Delete.

    The Workflow reports page is displayed and the deleted report is removed.
