Create support packages
The Workflow Support Console page enables you to monitor workflow errors on this server farm and create support packages for troubleshooting. You can create, download, and delete support packages for error-containing workflows and for the entire farm.

To create a workflow support package
- In the Workflow Errors section, in the Actions column, click Create Workflow Support Package for the desired workflow.
Note: Workflow support packages can be created for error-containing workflows only.
To create a farm support package
- In the Farm Support Packages section, click Create Farm Support Package.
To download a support package
- Click the linked package file name: For workflows, these links are in the Actions column; for the farm, these links are in the Package Name column.
Example file names: SupportPkg-Workflow-10142014-05.zip, SupportPkg-Farm-10142014-01.zip
To delete a support package
- In the Action or Actions column, click Delete.
