Create a workflow

You can create list workflows from SharePoint lists and document libraries. You can also create site workflows from SharePoint sites.

For the Modern User Interface

To create a list workflow

  1. From the Home page, click Documents in the left panel.
  2. Select the Nintex Workflow button on the toolbar.
  3. The Workflow Gallery page opens, select the Create list workflow button.

To create a site workflow

  1. From the Home page, click Site contents in the left panel.
  2. Click Nintex Workflow Subscription Edition from the ordered list.
  3. The Workflow Gallery page opens, select the Create site workflow button.

For the Classic User Interface

To create a list workflow

  1. From the Documents page, click the Library tab.
  2. Select Nintex Workflow in the ribbon.
  3. The Workflow Gallery page opens, select the Create list workflow button.

To create a site workflow

  1. Click the cog () on the right side of the page, click Nintex Workflow.

  2. Click Create site workflow.

    or

  1. Click Site settings.

  2. On the left panel, click Nintex Workflow Subscription Edition.

  3. The Workflow Gallery page opens, select the Create site workflow button.
