Nintex for SharePoint Subscription Edition is available in the following editions:
Enterprise Edition and Standard Edition
A single license is required for each SharePoint front-end server where user interaction with product components occurs.
Software Assurance
Valid Software Assurance is required in order to update to the latest version of the product.
