Manage database mappings page

This topic describes the selections on the Manage database mappings page accessed from Central Administration.

Section Selection Description

Allow automatic mapping of Nintex Workflow Content Databases

Enable automatic database mapping

When enabled (Yes), displays the automatic mapping option Any available workflow content database. When disabled (No), requires explicit selection of a database for mapping.

Map SharePoint content database to Nintex Workflow content database

SharePoint Content Database

Lists SharePoint content databases.

 

Map to Workflow Content Database

Maps the indicated SharePoint content database to the selected Nintex Workflow content database. Select one of the following options.

  • Any available workflow content database (available when automatic mapping is enabled): Maps the SharePoint content database to any available Nintex Workflow content database.
  • Existing content database: Maps the SharePoint content database to the selected Nintex Workflow content database.
  • Add content database: ​Displays the Add content database page for adding a Nintex Workflow content database. See Add content database page.
