Nintex licensing options
Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms for SharePoint 2019 is available in the following editions:

Enterprise Edition and Standard Edition
A license is required for each SharePoint front-end server where user interaction with SharePoint 2019 components occurs.
Note: Valid Software Assurance is required in order to update to the latest version of the product.
