Access the Nintex Workflow designer
Use the Nintex Workflow designer to create workflows and edit existing workflows. You can access the Nintex Workflow designer from a SharePoint list, document library, site, or the Nintex workflow gallery page.
For the Modern User Interface
To create or edit a list workflow
- From the Home page, click Documents in the left panel.
- Select the Nintex Workflow button on the toolbar.
- The Workflow Gallery page opens.
- To create a new workflow, select the Create a workflow button.
- To edit an existing workflow, click Edit.
To create or edit a site workflow
- From the Home page, click Site contents in the left panel.
- Click Nintex Workflow 2019 from the site contents.
- The Workflow Gallery page opens.
- To create a new workflow, select the Create a workflow button.
- To edit an existing workflow, click Edit.
For the Classic User Interface
To create or edit a list workflow
- From the Documents page, click the Library tab.
- Select Nintex Workflow in the ribbon.
- The Workflow Gallery page opens.
- To create a new workflow, select the Create a workflow button.
- To edit an existing workflow, click Edit.
To create or edit a site workflow
- Click the cog (
) on the right side of the page, click Nintex Workflow.
- Click Create site workflow.
- The Workflow Gallery page opens.
- To create a new workflow, select the Create a workflow button.
- To edit an existing workflow, click Edit.
