Access the Nintex Workflow designer

Use the Nintex Workflow designer to create workflows and edit existing workflows. You can access the Nintex Workflow designer from a SharePoint list, document library, site, or the Nintex workflow gallery page.

For the Modern User Interface

To create or edit a list workflow

  1. From the Home page, click Documents in the left panel.
  2. Select the Nintex Workflow button on the toolbar.
  3. The Workflow Gallery page opens.
    • To create a new workflow, select the Create a workflow button.
    • To edit an existing workflow, click Edit.

To create or edit a site workflow

  1. From the Home page, click Site contents in the left panel.
  2. Click Nintex Workflow 2019 from the site contents.
  3. The Workflow Gallery page opens.
    • To create a new workflow, select the Create a workflow button.
    • To edit an existing workflow, click Edit.

For the Classic User Interface

To create or edit a list workflow

  1. From the Documents page, click the Library tab.
  2. Select Nintex Workflow in the ribbon.
  3. The Workflow Gallery page opens.
    • To create a new workflow, select the Create a workflow button.
    • To edit an existing workflow, click Edit.

To create or edit a site workflow

  1. Click the cog () on the right side of the page, click Nintex Workflow.
  2. Click Create site workflow.
  3. The Workflow Gallery page opens.
    • To create a new workflow, select the Create a workflow button.
    • To edit an existing workflow, click Edit.

  1. Click Site settings.

  2. On the left panel, click Nintex Workflow 2019.

  3. The Workflow Gallery page opens.

    • To create a new workflow, select the Create a workflow button.
    • To edit an existing workflow, click Edit.
