Office 365 assign license

Nintex external platform is required for this feature. For details, see Enable Nintex external platform features.

Assigns a license to a user in an Office 365 domain.

Action settings

Following are the fields and options visible in the configuration settings dialog box for this action.

Section	Field	Description
User information	Username and domain	Specify a username and domain for the user to be assigned the license.
	User location	Specify the user’s location.
	License Plan	Specify the SKU ID for the license plan. We recommend using Office 365 retrieve license plans to retrieve the available license plans' SKU IDs.
Credentials	Administrator username	Specify the username for an Office 365 administrator. Only users with administrator privileges are able to assign licenses.
	Password	Specify the password for the Office 365 administrator.
(unlabeled)	Output	Store output for this action using the following selections. Assignment successful: Specify a Yes/No variable to store whether or not the license was assigned successfully. Returns "No" if the user was not assigned a license. How to add and remove output variables Depending on action requirements, you may be able to add and remove output variables. To add an output variable Select an option from the Select more drop-down list. Click Add to display a drop-down list for the selected option. Select a previously defined workflow variable from the drop-down list. To remove an output variable Click Delete (). Note: Some output variables cannot be deleted. For example, the output variable URL for the action Bing news search cannot be deleted.
