Workflow Gallery

The Workflow Gallery is the centralized location where you can access all your workflows in one place. You can access the Workflow Gallery page from both site and list entry points. Depending on how you enter the site, site or list workflows will display in the Workflow Gallery.

You can preview and edit workflows all on one page through the Workflow Gallery. You can click on the workflow you want and it automatically opens in the workflow designer by the ellipsis (...).

Nintex Workflow options features

Nintex Workflow options are centralized into a drop down list and can be accessed from both the site and list entry points.

Note: Users must have the correct permissions to access the site.

Description

Site workflows Create and manage existing site workflows.
Workflow history View instance details of running or completed workflows.
External start workflows Create and manage external start API triggers.
Schedule site workflows Create and manage schedules for site workflows.
Reusable workflow templates Create and manage templates available within the current site.
Reusable site collection workflow templates Create and manage templates available within the site collection.
User Defined Actions (UDAs) Create and User Defined Actions (UDAs) for the current site.
User preferences Manage notification and task delegation settings.

User preferences contains both Workflow delegation and Notification settings.
