This topic describes how to browse User Defined Actions (UDAs) for a given scope (sites, site collections, or the farm) as well as view workflow usage for UDAs.
Note: Only site administrators, site collection administrators, and farm administrators can manage UDAs.
To browse UDAs for a site or site collection
Access the Workflow Gallery page: From the Workflow Gallery, click the Nintex Workflow options drop down, and select User Defined Actions (UDAs)
The site-level page URL ends as follows: ManageUserDefinedActions.aspx?Scope=Web
To view UDAs for the site collection, click View workflows for entire site collection.
The site collection-level page URL ends as follows: ManageUserDefinedActions.aspx?Scope=Site
To browse UDAs for the farm
Access the Manage User Defined Actions page (farm-level): On the Central Administration Home page, click Nintex Administration and then click User Defined Actions (UDAs) under Workflow environment.
The farm-level page URL includes the following text: ManageUserDefinedActions.aspx?Scope=Farm
To view workflow usage for a User Defined Action (UDA)
To access UDAs for the site or site collection: From the Workflow Gallery, click the Nintex Workflow options drop down, and select User Defined Actions (UDAs) If needed, click View workflows for entire site collection.
Select the row containing the User Defined Action (UDA) and then click Analyze.
The Analyze User Defined Action (UDA) tab appears (dialog box titled "Workflow using"), listing all published workflows that use the UDA with the following details: Workflow name, workflow version, workflow published date, UDA version, and republish status.
