This document describes the process to upgrade Nintex for SharePoint 2016 to Nintex for SharePoint 2019. With SharePoint 2019, "Database Attach" upgrades must be used rather than "In Place" upgrades. This guide outlines how to perform a "Database Attach" upgrade of Nintex Workflow.
The following versions are advisable before upgrading to Nintex for SharePoint 2019:
Nintex Forms v2.9.1.0
Note: Versions 2.5.0.0 and earlier are not currently supported for upgrading to Nintex for SharePoint 2019.
Note: Nintex Workflow 2019 only supports upgrades from Nintex Workflow 2016. To upgrade from Nintex Workflow 2010, you must perform an intermediary upgrade to Nintex Workflow 2013. For more information, see the following Nintex Connect article: Upgrading from Nintex Workflow 2007 to 2013.
