This topic describes how to configure notification preferences and provides field descriptions for the Nintex notification preferences page.
Nintex Workflow notifications can be sent via email, Office Communication Server (OCS) or SMS, depending on how the SharePoint environment is configured. Each user can then set their preferred method of notification for during and outside business hours.
Note: Nintex does not provide support for troubleshooting email, SMS, or OCS systems.
To set your personal preferences
On the SharePoint site, click the logged-in user name link and then select Nintex notification preferences.
The logged-in user name link is typically located on the upper right.
The Nintex notification preferences page appears.
Update settings as needed.
The following methods are available for sending Nintex Workflow notifications.
