This topic describes how to configure custom LazyApproval phrases for sites and site collections.
Note: Required permissions for these instructions are as follows. Site collection administrator for site collections or Site administrator (full control) for sites.
When LazyApproval is enabled on your farm, you can configure custom recognized phrases specific to a site collection or site. You can also revert to the default phrases configured for the farm.
With LazyApproval, workflow task actions can be configured to accept responses via reply using the selected transmission methods: email and OCS/Lync conversations (the latter requires Enterprise Edition). To access the LazyApproval Settings page (site or site collection)
Click the settings icon () on the upper right, select Site settings to display the Site Settings page, and then click LazyApproval settings under Nintex Workflow.

To create a recognized phrase for a site or site collection
Access the LazyApproval Settings page: Click the settings icon () on the upper right, select Site settings to display the Site Settings page, and then click LazyApproval settings under Nintex Workflow.
On the LazyApproval Settings page, click Create a new LazyApproval phrase for the current team site or Create a new LazyApproval phrase for the current site collection.
The Add LazyApproval Phrase page appears for the selected scope. For reference, see Add LazyApproval Phrase page.
On the Add LazyApproval Phrase page, enter the new phrase, select the outcome (Approve or Deny), and then click OK.
Note: Recognized phrases are not case-sensitive. The maximum string length is 255 characters.
The LazyApproval Settings page is redisplayed with the new phrase added to the list of recognized phrases.
To edit or delete a recognized phrase for a site or site collection
On the LazyApproval Settings page, click the link for the phrase that you want to edit or delete.
The Edit LazyApproval Phrase page appears. For reference, see Edit LazyApproval Phrase page
To edit the phrase, update settings and then click OK.
Note: Recognized phrases are not case-sensitive. The maximum string length is 255 characters.
The LazyApproval Settings page is redisplayed with the edited phrase shown in the list of recognized phrases.
To delete the phrase, click Delete.
The LazyApproval Settings page is redisplayed with the deleted phrase removed from the list of recognized phrases.
