This topic describes how to create and edit workflow variables.
Note: Variable type cannot be modified.
To create a workflow variable
Access the Workflow variables dialog box: Click the arrow () for Workflow Settings in the Workflow designer ribbon and then select Variables.

Fill in the fields and then click Save.

To edit a workflow variable
Access the Workflow variables dialog box: Click the arrow () for Workflow Settings in the Workflow designer ribbon and then select Variables.
