Reflects the current release of Nintex for SharePoint 2016. For your version, please access assistance through the Help button in the product.
You can publish workflows to make them available to users of the related list, library, or site.
Note: Publishing is only available if you have an active trial or subscription. Only users with the Full Control permission level can create and publish workflows. Not all users have permission to publish workflows. For information about which users can publish workflows, please refer to the Workflow security considerations.
To publish the current workflow
Click Publish in the ribbon.
The Set Title & Description dialog box appears with the workflow's previously selected values or with default values.
(Subscription licensing only.) Confirm that the desired workflow publish type is selected: development workflow or production workflow.
For more information about assigned use, see Assign use when publishing workflows and forms.
Update settings as needed and then click Publish to save changes and close the dialog box.
The application saves the workflow, validates the workflow, and then publishes the workflow, displaying a message confirming that the workflow has been published.
If errors occur during validation, such as unconfigured actions, then the workflow does not publish and an error message appears.
