Updates values in multiple content controls within a Microsoft Word document.
Note: The Word document must be in the docx format (either Word 2007, Word 2010 or Word 2013). Files in the format ".doc" cannot save content controls - it converts them to static content.
The document to be updated. Select either:
Source URL. In the Source URL field, specify the full URL including the file name and type. For example, http://mycompany.com/sales/Shared%20Documents/WordDocument.docx
The content controls to update within the document.
Expand the Add content control values option, select Add content control value, and complete the following fields:
Content control title: Specify a title for this content control. If there are content controls with the same title in the document, all content controls that use this name will be updated.
Note: To update a specific content control that has the same title as other content controls within the document, specify the sequence of the content control using an array. For example, if there are multiple content controls called TextControl within the document and the second TextControl needs to be updated, set the Content Control Title field to TextControl[1]. Arrays always start from 0.
Value: Specify a value or click Insert Reference to insert a value.
