Manage Nintex Mobile users

This topic describes how to view SharePoint accounts on your SharePoint farm that have associated Microsoft accounts and how to enable, disable, and reset access for associated Microsoft accounts.

If external mobile access is enabled on the farm, then users can register Microsoft accounts with Nintex Mobile. This external access allows users to sign into Nintex Mobile outside the corporate domain. For more information about registering Microsoft accounts, see the Nintex Mobile help.

You can view a list of all SharePoint accounts that have associated Microsoftaccounts for yourSharePointfarm by accessing the Remote mobile users page.

To access the Remote mobile users page

  1. On the SharePoint Central Administration Home page, click Nintex Administration.
  2. On the Nintex Administration page, click Nintex Mobile users.

    All SharePoint accounts that have associated Microsoft accounts are listed.

To enable Microsoft accounts

  1. Access the Remote Mobile users page.
  2. Select the check box for each row in the list corresponding to a Microsoft account that you want to enable.
  3. Click Enable.

    Affected users can now sign into Nintex Mobile using their Microsoft accounts.

To disable Microsoft accounts

  1. Access the Remote Mobile users page.
  2. Select the check box for each row in the list corresponding to a Microsoft account that you want to disable.
  3. Click Disable.

    Affected users can no longer sign into Nintex Mobile using their Microsoft accounts.

To remove associated Microsoft accounts

  1. Access the Remote mobile users page.
  2. Select the check box for each row in the list corresponding to a Microsoft account that you want to remove.
  3. Click Reset.

    Affected users are no longer recognized as having associated Microsoft accounts.
