Define message templates (farm level)
This topic describes how to update message templates for the current server farm environment.
Message templates are used by the action Request approval. Changes to templates do not affect workflows in progress; changes are seen only in new instances of workflows.

To access the Message templates page for the farm

On the Central Administration Home page, click Nintex Administration and then click Message templates under Workflow environment.
The Message templates page for the farm is displayed. For information about this page, see Message templates page.
To update message templates
- Access the Message templates page for the farm using the procedure above.
- Edit fields as needed and then click OK.
